  • Question: How can I cancel my order?
    Response: You can cancel your order within 24 hours, i.e. before shipping. You will receive a communication when your order is shipped. Once the order is in transit, cancellation from our end won’t be possible.
  • Question: How will I get my refund if I have cancelled my pre-paid order?
    Response: Cancellation within 24 hours is accepted and the refund will be initiated within 5-7 days working days.
  • Question: How can I check the status or track my order?
    Response: An email with your tracking number will be shared once your order is shipped from the warehouse. Furthermore, it will be updated on your customer profile on the website.
  • Question: Can I add different delivery addresses?
    Response: You can add a delivery address per your convenience and the order will be shipped at that specific location.
  • Question: How long do you take for delivery?
    Response: We deliver PAN India. Depending on the location, it will take an estimated 3-5 days for the gear to reach your doorstep
  • Question: Do you have a return policy?

    Response: Currently, we are not accepting international orders. We'll be there soon in your country.

  • Question: What payment options are available?
    Response: We accept COD and prepaid orders.
  • Question: Are shipping charges applied to my order?
    Response: Order value above INR 2,400 have free shipping!
  • Question: What are the charges for Delivery?
    Response: Shipping Charges are INR 50. For COD its INR 75.
  • Question: Will the product gets restock once it gets out of stock?

    Response: BIRCH's products are designed for the athlete that resides within every woman who wants to chase the extra and is Built for More.
  • Question: What is the right fit for me?
    Response: Our gear is activity-focused and varies in compression. We would recommend you refer to our sizing chart mentioned on each product page and choose what is right for you. In case you order an incorrect size, you can exchange it within 7 days. Remember support and suffocation are two different things and you should lean towards support.
