Return policy

What is BIRCH’s return policy?

Return + Refund Timeline:

Birchathletica.com purchases can be returned within 3 days of delivery to the shipping address for a refund. Refund shall not include delivery charges, and COD charges, if applicable.

For refunds, returns shall not be accepted after the stipulated three-day timeline.

Return + Exchange Timeline:

Furthermore, customers can request an exchange for an alternate size or product within 7 days of delivery of the gear to the shipping address. You can exchange the product for the same value of goods or above.

Eligibility to returns applicable and outlined below:

  • To be eligible to return, items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with complete accessories, and the original packaging and tags must also be intact and in their original condition.
  • Products once used will not qualify for a refund/exchange.
  • Your order is only eligible for a return if the product delivered has physical defects, or an incorrect item has been shipped to you. To issue a return, please contact customer support or drop us an email at care@birchathletica.com. You can also initiate a return online in your customer profile on the website.
  • Please make sure you have images of the damage/defect along with your request for us to approve it. Any request without images will be rejected for a return/exchange.
  • Refund will be initiated within 24 hours from the date of us receiving the returned product in its original condition and post approval from the quality assessment team.
  • The refund will be credited in 7-10 working days as per banking norms.
  • Products purchased during a sale and website offers will have no returns for refund, only exchanges.

BIRCH’s shipping partners deliver PAN India and we are trying to get the gear out to you soon.

Once your order is accepted, you will receive a confirmation message/email followed by a tracking link post shipment from our warehouse.

  • It takes about 3 days after order confirmation to ship your products ad 307 business days to reach your doorstep
  • We offer free shipping on orders valued above INR 2,400
  • The delivery time will vary depending on the shipping address and the weather
  • We’ll keep you posted on the order status every step of the way via email/SMS/WhatsApp
